On June 3, 2023 the Taoyuan Wild Bird Society hosted the first Taiwan Little Tern Conservation Workshop. It was supported by the Ocean Conservation Administration and took place in two parts.

On May 22, 2023 the Kaohsiung Wild Bird Society in collaboration with a number of local businesses hosted a pilot version of their Little Happiness Trip. The group's Budai Salt Pan Wetlands team hosted the day-long event and invited representatives from media, NGOs, and local government to get their feedback.
